The SpiraX team successfully completed the decommissioning of 150 users, ensuring all equipment was carefully removed, organised, and prepared for the next stage of the project. A key part of the process involved separating and categorising equipment, allowing staff the opportunity to select required items before the remaining assets are processed through our secure E-waste program.
Key deliverables included:
- Collection and transportation
- Detailed inventory reporting
- Certificate of destruction
- Video evidence for complete transparency and compliance
The project was delivered with strong teamwork and attention to detail, resulting in a high-quality outcome and a successful onboarding for the new customer.
